I tell ya what, the bed was mighty comfy and I liked how spacious my room was, no odor to be found. Just wished the bathroom wasn't so cramped, and they coulda cleaned a bit better—got used towels and a dirty tub. I'd surely think ‘bout comin' back though, just might put in a few requests next time.

The bed comfort exceeded my expectations, not too hard or noisy. The room displayed a nice freshness, with space to relax. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly, keeping everything nice and cool. However, the bathroom felt cramped, making closing the door challenging, especially for larger individuals. I noticed some cleanliness issues with used towels not being restocked, and there was a grimy ring in the tub that needed a thorough cleaning. The front desk staff were incredibly pleasant and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Even though I faced some small issues, I might consider staying again with a few specific requests next time. Breakfast options could've been more varied, as it seemed limited in the little seating area provided.

I liked that it was close to Aurora Hospital for an appointment I had. The evening night clerk was great, personable and very friendly.

Great breakfast options and super comfy beds! I was shocked by the sausage and eggs. 😋 But the A/C was loud, making it hard to catch some zzz's.

During my stay, the room had a strong smoke odor, which was quite unwelcoming. Even after being moved to a different room, there were lingering cleanliness issues, including hair along the floorboards. Additionally, the parking lot was riddled with potholes, making it challenging to navigate.

Check-in was smooth, and early access was appreciated. The evening clerk was friendly, and the breakfast offered good options, including chocolate croissants. Despite some renovation concepts being promising, execution fell short, leaving the experience feeling below expectations.

Wi-fi worked great, and I loved the warm pool. Room was a bit dated though.

Wi-fi was reliable. The pool was nice but too noisy from the A/C.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with sim cards on my first stay. I can't wait to come back for Easter!
